Our Company Policy dictates stringent measures that we conform to prior to securing Assignments with existing or potential clients, they are as follows:

• An initial MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) to be mutually accepted and signed by both Parties.
• All relevant Commercials proposed by TD must be agreed and disbursed accordingly.
• All commercial commitments to be adhered to by the client as per the MOU.
• No work will continue for any delay of payment/s not priorly advised to TD.
• All Standard Contractual Terms and Conditions will apply within the MOU to accommodate both Parties.
• TD will not agree to be commissioned for any Assignment it cannot deliver.
