Our Company Policy dictates stringent measures that we conform to prior to securing Assignments with existing or potential clients, they are as follows:

	An initial MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) to be mutually accepted and signed by both Parties.
	All relevant Commercials proposed by TD must be agreed and disbursed accordingly.
	All commercial commitments to be adhered to by the client as per the MOU.
	No work will continue for any delay of payment/s not priorly advised to TD.
	All Standard Contractual Terms and Conditions will apply within the MOU to accommodate both Parties.
	TD will not agree to be commissioned for any Assignment it cannot deliver.
