From experience, our CEO was one of the first to initiate ITIL into the UAE and Middle East Regions. We initiated ITIL House Dubai and were the only company able to deliver a Product and full Service Portfolio to the market at the time. We have represented and been associated with key UAE UK Principles where we successfully presented their Products and Services to large Organizations, including Government, UAE & Middle East Banks.

We were instrumental in conducting all of the ITIL Training for Emirates Bank, Dubai, UAE and progressed to Training most large Organizations staff in the UAE and Middle East, where we initially launched our UK Principle’s Portfolio at the Etisalat Academy in Dubai. This was a huge success and although ITIL has not effectively progressed in the UAE too date, most Organizations staff are already Trained and Certified in Foundation and Service Management Training, Implementation and Service Management will follow suite in the near future. We do believe from experience that Best Practice Standards is now a pre-requisite for most UAE Organizations today and it is evident that being in line with Global Standards is a key requirement. We shall be extending this Portfolio shortly.
