Any project/assignment secured we monitor, facilitate and ensure its completion within the desired or committed time-frame. We do not exit from any contract unless completed and our client is satisfied having officially signed its Closure.

TDI Management has been active in the UAE for many years and has established a sound reputation based in integrity, honesty, reliability and excellent Client Relationships. We have extensive experience of approximately 60years + of high level Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, High-end IT Technical Knowledge, Telecoms Trained, ITIL experience and knowledge, Global Business Development, Marketing Consultancy, Telemarketing, B-B exposure and initiation of Online Portals, highly experienced in ‘Start-up’ Businesses and Selling Business. We were involved in the UAE property market from inception where we now have links to excellent locations in Europe with much to offer. We are Entrepreneurs and self-starters and we have covered most key vertical sectors in business, which has been a huge challenge but turned out to be a key asset to our experience and what can continue to offer our clients.

How does the mode of communication work if we are not in your location?

Our Business was initially established ‘virtually’ where we have improved our skill-sets to initiate talks and prospective business online with potential clients, activate potential contracts and assignments and get the ball rolling. Historically we are able to conduct mutual business over the internet, fax and other forms of communication to ensure we render the desired Service. Should this contract or assignment necessitate that the client visit our location to formalize his new business interests, then we would facilitate this procedure and be at hand for the client upon his arrival.

How does a client sign a contract if not in your location?

Upon acceptance and signature of our Proposal a client would sign and either fax or email and we would then sign the originals and courier to them for signature, one set to be returned to us. We always ensure that our Business Standards remain professional.

What kind of Costs can a client expect?

Costs are specifically tailored to our clients’ requirements, dependant on the Scope of Work. Every attempt to remain competitive in the market is ensured.

What happens to the Confidential Information that we provide to you in the Registration page?

If you cannot find your location on the Map, then please choose the closest possible defined area, we also kindly request that you notify us of the same through emailing so that we may take the proper corrective action

The Information gathered when accessing our ‘eatyourhearout.ae’ Online Web Portal either for registration or by utilizing our Restaurant Registration Application Form may be for a new Restaurant Listing request, or to fulfill an Online Order. Please be aware that this Information will be made available to the subscribing Home Delivery Outlets for marketing purposes, where we may conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys on behalf of our clients on a regular basis, this to continue improving our level of Customer Service. Please note that any Information considered to be of a sensitive or personal nature, will not be exposed to any Third or external Parties. The Information will only be given to those Restaurants you subscribe or order from.

Information Distribution

As a registered Entity bound by the Laws of the United Arab Emirates, we are legally bound to all the Government and associated Authorities and/or Agencies who may require Confidential Information in any Fraud or similar Investigation.
